The point of intercoolers isn't to make air ice cold. You cant do that. The point about intercoolers its to reduce air temperature from "hot enough to destroy every single molecule in your body" into "hot enough to permanently burn your skin" Because after passing through a forced induction system the air is more than likely several hundreds of degrees hot. It would be like trying to have a turbo on an electric car or bigger injectors for a car that already injects the optimum amount of fuel. It just wouldn't work and there's no reason for it
...So do you want it for aesthetics? If so why not have fake turbos and superchargers as well? I've actually wanted a reasonably powered car that still has a blower that blocks half your view just to cruise around in in game.
