Modded car not showing up?

    Hello, I just installed a new car mod( https://www.beamng.com/resources/ibishu-pessima-gv.2923/) and it will not show up as a vehicle, like at all. I have made sure there is no folders inside of folders that would keep it from installing I have deleted everything in the beamng drive documents folder and I have tried to reinstall it many times. I have other cars that work just fine but this one....nope. I have cleared cache as well. My version is 0.10 something so its up to date for the most part(yes I know 0.11 is out) Anyway I have no idea, any suggestions?

    are the configs not available under the regular pessima?
