Audio glitch since latest update

Since the last update, it seems like a back-fire type sound effect was attempted, problem is in ANY car if you rev it high and let off the throttle, the sound file it attempts to access for this backfire is corrupted and just sound clips the speakers.

Also the turbo air noises are way too loud now, its overpowering every other sound in the game.

And yes, i am still having these problems in safe mode. (turbo blow off is cut off and static -like)

 

I've had it in safe mode too. It sounds like a random "brrp" noise.
