    Howdy.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions about the best way to implement collisions between the tines of a forklift truck and a pallet in BNG. Obviously a pallet has some pretty complex geometry if you think about it and I'd like to keep the node/beam structure simple for performance's sake, ideally 8 or 12 nodes each.

Right now I'm just using some collision triangles in the top surface of the forks, and while this works well for picking up cars and other node-dense things, simple objects will either tip off or go straight through as there are no, or too few, nodes coming into contact with the forks' collision triangles.

Is there a way to get decent collision between simple objects in BNG without making them very node-heavy?

    Thanks :)

I sort of figured that there was no easy way, but i hadn't thought of slidenodes in that capacity at all, that's brilliant thinking. Thanks! :)
