Take apart an automatic air freshener, attach its mechanism to the top of the spray bottle, replace the spray button with long cables and attach to a blank on the dashboard. Then you could probably rig up a spark plug or something electronic like that in order to light it. Easier option might be to rig a second air freshener mechanism to a lighter.

Then again, air freshener is actually flammable anyway. So you could just use it as is and buy cheap ebay refills.

The ac vents from a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix are probably the best thing about the car But really you can move it any position and it was very unique for a sedan from the mid 2000's

I'm tempted to convince my stepdad to buy the 1975 Camaro from my other post as a father-son restoration but at the same time, he might insist that it's too "big" or "the engine might be seized".

You dont often see Lancers as General Duty patrol cars

Was outside a school, so maybe they send the little car to arrest little kids

Previous generation Lancers are common patrol cars in Kazakhstan and Russia.

I really don't know what to think about this: http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2017/11...rcar-Looks-Production-Ready-In-Dubai-7742014/

We all laughed (for good reason) when the hideous abomination of a prototype was unveiled several years ago, but the Sixteen seems kinda plausible now - the 5000 hp engine definitely exists, and the company that will be actually building the car has worked with 'real' automakers like Apollo.

I dunno. It's an utterly impractical and (probably) useless waste of engineering, but I'm still happy stupid cars like this exist.

It's not a useless waste if it ain't boring.

But 2-3,000hp, for the road versions? That'd be interesting to see...

I plugged the numbers for this car into my engine calculator I made and here are the results I got back.

It predicts that the 350mph top speed with 5000HP is achievable... just (350.43mph)

It predicts that (if they end up going with RWD only like they were planning) that they will only be able to hit 2.9s 0-60 mph because of insane amounts of wheel spin, but if you slap some drag tires on it and get the launch perfect, it will do 0-60 in as little at 0.83 seconds

It predicts that this thing will also have traction troubles as high as 160mph, but having the possibility of still breaking loose all the way to 220mph.

If someone can really develop a tire that can handle 350mph... this car is gonna be on a whole different level.

Yeah like its a windy day and my mum is driving the ssangyong, going beyond 70mph in some cases, wind shaking the car and her eyes aren't even on the road, slowly drifting left and right in our lane, like for heaven's sake just look at the bloody road of all things.
Like on the way to Halloween holidays she was driving with her phone, car was rocking a lot (really bad handling) and turns out rear driver's side tyre has no air in it! and when we got it fixed we found all the bolts were wrong and one had already fell out of one of the wheel! (incorrect taper). The rear passenger bearing is also noisy and on its way out, i thought it was just a noisy tyre but i guess not.
I thought of a way to test, jack up the car and accelerate the car, if there is a noise then its the bearing, if not then tyres.

Jazz had an inspection at the Honda dealer yesterday too, all boxes were ticked good! slight corrosion on one of the brake lines i think was mentioned but a common fault and below average for year. Very good for a 10 year old car that has never had a spanner to it! On that day the dealer also modified the airbags (TAKATA recall) due to the inflator rupturing and causing shrapnel to not be contained.

Not trying to be rude, but I'd say something about her driving while on her phone. I know I'd hate it if I was the passenger with the driver on their phone, and I'd do anything but tolerate it.

Earlier today there was someone on their phone ahead of me, not paying attention atall. Not even reving my engine got him to even glance at his mirror (we were on a red light). We then start moving and because the traffic light system here makes 0 sense whatsoever, we only moved about 15 feet. He looks straight back down at his phone and doesn't notice the traffic quickly starting to move again. I sound my horn and this guy basically jumped 10ft in the air with the scare he got from it. It humored me to say the least

The amount of times i have said all that, like i have to keep reminding her what the speed limit is, she is sucked into a world on her phone misses the speed limit signs and then we end up going 60mph down a 40mph avenue. And then she argues saying what do u know, you haven't passed ur test. Like even just driving round a car park i can't comprehend taking your eyes off the road, potential hazards literally everywhere.

There's a video currently floating around the internet where a kid gets off a bus and runs into the road, and a truck narrowly misses him. All I'm saying is if that truck driver was on his phone at that point, even for a second, chances are the kid would've been hit...

I mean, that, or actually telling kids off/teaching kids (I know they're kids, but still) that you're not meant to dart across the road. But whatever floats your boat really

What kind of [REDACTED FOR THE CHILDREN'S SAKE] came up with that idea? All that does is cause panic braking from drivers who think the bollards are real children who are about to cross the road and cause people to get used to them and ignore them - resulting in it being more dangerous for pedestrians to cross the road.

Personally I think they are hilarious. Doubt they will do anything, imagine they will have a "boy who cried wolf" style effect. But still pretty funny.

I mean, good luck stealing a bollard. An item of street furniture that is often capable of stopping lorries.
