How to edit jbeams?

i didn't get enything on the wiki
so please help step by step

 

If you are trying to edit a jbeam file, get Notepad++ and use that to open it.

 

i know that
but when i open it there are grasshopper sounds in my head :|
i just dont know what to do

 

What exactly are you trying to do?

 

Read the wiki. It has alot of information about vehicle creation.


Don't get too over your head at first, chip away bit by bit and learn about different parts of the JBeam gradually.


Start with a cube or something simple. Then maybe a more complex prop, idk. Just make it gradual and you will find that it isn't that hard to understand how to JBeam

 

the thig is it's a russain mod and i just want to edit the jbeam so it will fit to the model

 

Russian mods take alot more work than you are probably up for doing to make them worth using.



I would suggest ditching the Russian mod for now, and practicing on something far simpler. You don't become a pro overnight, it takes time to get good with something.
