Any car can be unsafe in poor weather. It's still pretty easy to understeer a FWD or AWD off the road if you're being stupid in those weather conditions

Of course a super retarded driver can crash any car, but RWD is less predictable than FWD, let alone AWD. No wonder the further north you go, the less rwd cars you see. They are a common sight in Germany and France, but are almost absent in northern regions of Finland.
