Fatal vehicle exception...

I have problem with my BeamNG... After trying to fix it, i decided to reinstall the game. I reinstall the game, but still, fatal vehicle exception. But this time, I know, what mode is doing this. Its the Siren and horn mod. I isntalled it to the BeamNG once, but I don´t like it, so I tried to uninstall it. I deleted all, what I´ve imported to the mod folder and the Steam/BeamNG drive folder. And now, after all reinstalled, deleted and safe mode tested, I tried to do it, but every time, when I run the BeamNG, in the mod folder creates folder with name "sirenmod" and everytime when I delete it, it creates again... The mod was correctly installed, but I want to delete him, because I didn´t want it any more in my game, so I tried to delete it and after this the game want work... So, I probably deleted something, what the game needs to run correctly. And, I have the newest version of BeamNG Drive.

I f*cked up my game because I badly uninstalled the mod... But I don´t know how it can be still in my PC and still creating the folder in my mod folder in documents, when I deleted it and reinstalled the game.
