I declined the option to update the game a while ago, and it told me it would re check in one week, and it hasn't. How do I update the game without losing all the mods I've installed?

There's a program called "update.exe" inside the game directory you can run.

The update will not delete any mods you have installed unless they are inside the default vehicle folders. (For example, if you changed the default Covet's HP that will be put back).

If you installed Drive to it's default place, update.exe should be at:
    C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\update.exe

You can also right click on the BeamNG Drive desktop icon and go to "Open File Location" to get to the game directory.

If your update is like "update.exe.old" just rename it to "update.exe" just in case it's like that.

Also, when declining weekly update checks, "update.exe" sometimes gets renamed "update.exe.old," and won't function anymore. Just delete the ".old" part and run the resulting file.

And, just a heads up, there currently haven't been any substantial updates for nearing four months now. There will be, soon, but at present the advantage of updating is debatable.
