Unsolved How do i swap my engines?

Hello, i just downloaded multiple engine mods for this Barstow racecar im working on, and in the config, the engine option isnt showing up. Its currently equipped with a 291 small block v8, and thats fun, but i want something with a bit more power, you know?

The engine option for the Barstow is under the Front Subframe.
