Update Speculation thread

Yeah, it has been somewhat dry on the content lately... The last update was something of a letdown, especially with the messed up transmissions (which was fixed/I got used to) and no car. At least we got a decent car-trailer. We also haven't had a new scenario in ages.

The next two cars will be the Bluebuck and the Wendover. As far as their plans after that, no clue.


edit: I'm also unsure why they never made a 4 door moonhawk. Would make a great police car/malaise sedan basis. It would also be nice to have a mid range engine.

 

Well the 200bx has a police interceptor version and here is a American 2 door police car from Detroit PD.

Depressing that the next update will likely not come out this Halloween. I guess, we'll have to...

 

I hope it's sooner.

 

Either they were being humble and it will come in the next update, which will come soon, or they were saying it's most likely coming soon, but the update isn't as near as we thought.

Is it common in Italy to put the signs to the left side of the road?

 

Nope, that's wrong.

 

Yeah, that would imply that the cars would drive on the left side of the road, like in Britain or Australia (because how in the world are you supposed to clearly see signs on the left side of the road when you're on the right side?).

However, when they are on the right side of the road, they apparently sprout up like weeds....

 

The government pobably had to much signs and nowhere to put it.

Sometimes, but really sometimes you can find sings on both sides of the road faces in same direction.

For me bigger problem than this is their indestructibility. Ah, sweet dreams that you could cut every sign and street lights with car.

 

I think the signs are going to be under the sign props and are only placeable and not put on the map by default.
Also to clear up some things on the signs being on the left side of the road while Italy drives on the right side.

 

I see that they have added road signs? I wonder if they will add more road sign props? Since there isn't many at the moment.
