It was likely removed due to copyright rules prohibiting the use of GTA vehicles or places in other games

It's been taken down

 

The map never had a fully detailed city otherwise it would be several gigabytes. The map is called Francis International Airport for a reason.

 

yes I know. the real version has the whole low-res city. russian versions only have about half of it.
