Hi all, I'm aware that I have a bad habit of abandoning 95% finished projects for the next one, but after my most recent, year-long hiatus, further and continued development would be difficult. I'm actually OCD, meaning I have strong impulses to click exactly even multiples of times on symmetric patterns on a web page to relieve a sort of 'bad balance' or something. My file system is subject to an erratic destruction as well. Having very few of the ETK 6000 source files due to deleting all the backups on a whim, improving the artwork and model would be difficult. I would like to apologize for this, but I intend to overhaul the mod for the most recent game updates once I am familiar with them. I've tried to convert for 0.10 once already, but I'm rather rusty with JBeaming; it was bit of a train wreck. I'll try to keep this thread updated, as well.
It's nice to be back online! I can certainly get wrapped up in things and completely exhaust myself quickly. I think I probably spent around 250 hours on that truck within a month. I believe I got all the other variations done within 24 hours, too. Also, now I have those college cards up my sleeve
Anyone is free to create additions like more parts, skins, scenarios, images, etc. If you'd like your additional content to be packaged with the main mod, PM me. Additions meaning minor fixes and bug complaints don't earn credits
i heard people are having issues with the bigger tires getting stuck in the cabin. just use the smaller tires for the front.
Great mod, truly, but the wheels get caught up on the fenders when you turn them all the way. Could you maybe fix that? A few more options in the garage would be nice too. This is a really good mod. It combines the power of a semi and the offroad capabilities of the Ibishu Hopper. The mod itself looks a lot like something Mercedes-Benz would make. It looks good regardless. And I really like the fact that the 6000 trucks have a 16 speed transmission. But the wheels need a fix tho.
