I've had this little thought - if you had to break up cars in your area into tiers, by their value, typical owner groups and areas, how would you do it? In case of Puławy, Poland: Tier 1 - 1. cheapo 90s cars: early Fiat Seicento, Fiat Cinquecento, Fiat Uno/Punto Mk1, Daewoo Matiz, Opel Corsa Mk2, Nissan Micra Mk2, Ford Fiesta Mk3/4, VW Polo Mk3, 2. beater 90s Japanese compacts, Ford Escorts, Mondeos, VW Golf Mk2/Mk3s and Opel Astras/Vectras, etc. In inner city. Mostly all I get is sometimes cars from the 1960s, the odd car from the 1990s and most around the modern era so 2010 and stuff nothing really fitting into the categories you have suggested sorry
Tier 10: 5 ton trucks and Humvees. Swat trucks and generic armored trucks too. Tier 1: everything else.

I will break it in four tiers: Tier 1- Fricking old malibu's that could warn you they are thefts(I'm in venezuela, a very insecure country) Tier 2- 90's cars that could be old or like new, 2000s cars also Tier 3- "Dead" Cars, i talk about beaters that are in some sort of mechanic but they kinda live there xd Tier 4- NEW cars, that are very rare to find, like the new Santa Fe, 2010s BMW,and some sort of muscle cars like the Mustang GT350R
