Outdated European licenseplates

Well, it is outdated but it might still work. I'm planning to work on getting these to work with the new plate system when I have time for it.

 

Can you add a Latvian license plate, would love it, because I live there!

It's bit over 1,5 years old. Didn't even expect it to work anymore. I'll probably get around fixing it sometime. Probably.

Is WIP Beta Released it needs to appear to my Vehicle config but i don't see it, is useless post this. If this was created in Nov.30,2015 it needs to appear deleted or outdated.

 

The dev or moderators have much better to do than worry about some people getting confused over an outdated mod.
