Using any mods results in vehicles not spawning.

I know that I'm not suppose to report bugs if it's related to a mod, but if I use any one mod and spawn, all I see is an overview of the map. If I try to spawn a different car or move the spawn with F7, the game freezes, and I can't switch to another window. It reacts this way with any one mod or multiple mods I try to use. Also, the loading screen typically goes through "loading . . ." and every other description of things it's loading when the game works correctly. If the game isn't going to spawn a vehicle, it goes from "loading . . ." to "Constructing Buildings . . ." to "Spawning Player . . ." with very little other descriptions being placed in between. All I ever get is the map, no vehicles. Are there any solutions?

 

Can you link some of the mods? They might be way too old... Or just clean cache

 

I've cleared the cache multiple times. As I stated, it happens with any mods, new or old.
