Solved How to get rid of Cached collada of mod

    Hi All,
    Here's the situation:
    I make changes to the 3d model/UV map of my unpacked vehicle, save over the original .dae.
    I Clear the cache with the launcher.
    Start the game
    the car model is still the previous one. Even the log states this:
    144.97827|D|loadColladaShape|Writing cached COLLADA shape to cache.0.10.0.1/vehicles/.....blablabla
    145.98683|D|loadColladaShape|Writing cached COLLADA shape to cache.0.10.0.1/vehicles/.....blablabla other cdae

    So I close the game, overwrite the dae with the latest one, delete the cache/vehicles folder in Documents
    clear the cache with the launcher,
    start the game
    the car model is still the previous one. Same lines in the beamng.log

    So I overwrite the dae, clear the cache, delete it from the recycle bin even, restart my computer!!!, restart the game, clear the cache again and still the collada is the old one and the log has the same two lines.

    What do I have to do to get the latest dae in the game?
    I would assume I have to find a cdae version of my mod dae and delete it, but even after deleting the one in Documents/Beamng/cache the beamng.log will still state it's writing a cached collada into the cache. So where do I find that cdae?

    If you are working with an unpacked vehicle, make sure the packed vehicle is uninstalled/disabled.
