Thanks for all the offers. - about sounds : i was pretty happy about custom sounds i had before but it's not possible to have them in the same time than the new ones because of the impossibility mixing old and new sound system for a same mod. BUT .... We are on the adaptation of the old sounds to the new system, with fellows modders. We're not searching for new samples because custom sounds were a lot of work already. - About accuracy : i'm not going to make cars that much more accurate than they are. The reason is that the Jbeam skeleton is now quite stable like it is and redo the front drivetrain to have steering parts and other things at the proper place would be too much work for similar handling anyway. Accuracy is a never ending quest and the main purpose with those cars is to have nice car chase vehicles.
Your cars are a lot of fun and I love them. You obviously have a knack for perfection, and I have a knack for an 80s 'hate tank' and love - and am very thankful for - every minute you put into this mod. This mod is just what this game needed. I know a lot of folks that would love driving these hate tanks around, and a lot that already do love driving them around.

@SergentFido if i manually go and add a manual transmission for each vehicle can i upload that as a mod crediting you for the rest of the car? because i think quite a lot of people want a manual transmission and i do too so i will add some...
Well i'd rather test it or even that we make one ourselves because what you're maybe not aware of is that there is a specific mesh corresponding to every engine mesh variant as well, and this is due to the texture usage. Gearbox texture is on the engine map, and if you don't use the good mesh, the mod will have two big engine textures loaded instead of one. We can add it, it's not a big problem.
no, I only have once version of this mod on my pc, and it is this most-recent one. And I cleared my cache.. I will delete the cache folder and see. EDIT: Nope, still yields the same result. Happens to the Regency as well
also can you if you update the transmissions add "useSmartAgressionCalculation":false because the cars do not have electrically controlled transmissions and adding that will help the cars cruise and behave better like older cars

Hey, Serge. Not sure if anyone's mentioned this or if it's a problem on my end but when you turn the left turn signal on the front right signal flashes too. All old versions were deleted and cache cleared.
Thanks for reporting ! Indeed the left signal mesh was duplicated and mirrored but the material is still the left one So much things to check in this mod. It's fixed !
Another thing that might be worthy of note is the choke and the alternator/ battery warning lights turning on with the headlights.
And the check engine light in the Caprice... Also I think the threshold should change for the "HOT" lamp, it should come on at 110c not 120c as that is too late
