Any good programs for skinning?

    I'm using Windows 10 and for some reason Paint.Net won't work. Any good programs for skinning?

    Photoshop (with the Nvidia DDS plugin)
    Doing it live rn :p

    I use GIMP with the DDS plugin.

    I generally prefer to use Paint.net due to its intuitive layer management. I've never had any problems exporting in the .dds format. I’m using Windows 7 Pro.
