Low FPS with Gtx750ti

    I ve got a problem with the game, i have always 20fps with the settings in the max or in the min .
    All the drivers are updated, i cant understand what is happening.

    Gtx750ti
    AMD Fx-6300
    8gb Gskill Ram

    What map? Min, max, avg fps? Settings? Cars? Task manager? Gpu/CPU load? Screenshots? You gotta help me out here.

    Turn off intervehicle collisions, ssao, and dynamic reflections. Those aren't exactly powerful parts you got there.

    I have a 1050 ti and before overclocking my pentium I lagged quite a bit. Overclocked it from 3.2ghz to 4.2ghz and I get great frames now. This game is very cpu dependent
