I haven't got the game yet so I got some things to ask.

Can you create a world where you can make your own crash testing things ? Or is there no way to make maps without mods ? Or can you just place things like ramps and regular things and not complex systems to destroy your vehicle ?

    -Thanks

You can use, move, position, rotate, delete, add, multiply, subtract, resize any object in most maps. F11 for the world
editor, patiently learn how it works, and have fun:cool:. I suggest learning this with the GridMap level.

So you can move things on the map but can you spawn things in ?
You said you can add so I assume there is some sort of menu with items to place?

Every map mod in the mods section was made from that editor, so you can do anything you see.
Of course you can also add heightmaps, custom objects, etc but that's for a later time.
Just press f11 in windowed mode to see for yourself.

"spawn things in".....I assume copy, place and move around new objects? Adding new "out of map' objects is a whole different ball game
however copying and placing existing map objects is done in the editor. Once in the editor left click any object to select it, then hover the mouse
over it's origin point and press Shift and hold, then drag the new object to where you want it.
