    Hey,

I wanted to export a mesh road from the editor into max. It does export a .dae file, but the problem is I cannot open the .dae in max.

Anyone got a workaround for this?

I don't know if this works, but you can try importing it to Blender and then exporting it to .3ds.
    Good luck!

I believe you need to "import" it to max, not open it... That should work, if not, I have no idea...

    Hi,

I'm using max 2010. I've tried importing and opening the file. Nothing works. Editor -> Blender -> Max be the answer. :(

Edit: Just tried the Meshlab. Tried to import an exported .dae into it, nothing there.

I'm wondering if perhaps the export to collada function is broken in the editor?

Can anyone else confirm whether the export feature in the editor even works?

Downloaded Blender and tried to import a road mesh created in the T3d. Did not work, model was warped badly.

Stock meshes do import into blender no problem.

    :(
