Hidden part of the forum

    Good evening
    I have a little question about the Forum. I found a part of the Forum (see picture) that i can't access over the normal way. It's just the russian sub forum what i found. So my question: Why is this part of the forum for me hidden and are they also some more sub forums that I didnt found? Or can I access the part of the forum over a normal way and I am just to stupid? I would be happy for a answer and sorry for my terrible english:(.

    just switch to russian at the bottom left corner on every page. Its not hidden, but filtered by language ...
