I am making a mod with a more fuel efficient engine, but do not know how to change the efficiency. How do I do this?

in the engine jbeam, under torque there are parameters like "idlerpm","friction" etc. one of them is called "burnefficiency" -should be about 0.3 by default. It defines the engine efficiency in %(0.01 is 1%, 1 is 100%) higher number causes better fuel economy and less heat.

Keep in mind if you set the BurnEfficiency value to 1, although it will probably work in-game, you will be violating the laws of thermodynamics. And then the physics police will come and take you away.

Nope. I think it was "particulates" or something.
