Stuck on Wiki Texturing Tutorial?

I'm have become stuck while doing the Wiki texturing tutorial from the Normal map part down. If anyone can help me that would be great (especially video)

 

Substance painter, although it has a steepish learning curve

 

It has a height to normal filter?

Wow im really lost on how to do this in substance painter. Could you help me?

 

a material.cs file tells the game where the material for the model is in the file. you can use Paint.net or GIMP

 

I'm trying to create new texture files for a little project I'm doing and I'm trying my best to follow the wiki guide to create these texture maps, but I don't know how

I can't really teach you how to make normal maps, texture-talking as I haven't tried yet, but if you just want to know how to generate them, there is plugins existing for Paint.net and Gimp that do it.
