Issue with nighttime on my map

I am planning on uploading a fix for Advanced Island soon but wanted to fix an issue with the nighttime first. When I go into "nighttime", the land turns dark but the sky stays dark like in the picture below. If anybody has had this issue and successfully fixed it, some help would be appreciated.

 

Is the sky completely white, or just the clouds. I've seen a similar bug with DRI.

 

The sky is bright, like in the picture, the clouds stay the same color.
