After having 2 vehicles in the game, sometimes the entire UI stops responding. I can still drive, but I can't open any GUIs, or interact with any that were open before it froze... is this an uncommon bug, or is it a problem on my end?

what are your specs. if you are running the game with a Pentium dual core of some other pile of socket 755 crap then that is the reason why

it is the fact it is a dual core. my old pc was a dual core and it ran the game fine with 1 vehicle but the second a second was added it the ui said no. the computer will use one core for windows and the games ui, and the second for a vehicle. if you have a dual core. and you add a second vehicle, then the cpu will use 1 core for each vehicle and leave no bandwidth for the ui. i may be wrong, but you best bet is to get a computer with idealy more than 2 cores.

you have seemed to have fallen into the trap of getting a laptop with an i7 and not reading the fact it says 1.76ghz. really it is probably no better than a celeron ore core 2 duo

I think this will Help but the specs are for Desktop computers not Laptops so take that into a factor there so I do suggest Moderate or Low settings to get better FPS

This scene nets about 43.2% usage from the game engine itself at a clock rate of 2.97 Ghz

Also consider trying the Grid map because the Jungle map you are on also might contribute to the high demands on your laptop
