Speedometer and toggle menu are not showing in freedom mode...please help

I have the latest update, (0.9.0.1), and when I launch a map in freedom mode, the speedometer doesn't show up at all. Neither does the toggle menu in the top right. Please could someone help me to fix this, so they do show up.

 

Latest version is 0.9.0.4.

Do vehicles spawn correctly? If so, you might just need to reenable the missing apps or reset the interface.

 

Thank you for replying. How do you re-enable the missing apps or reset the interface?

 

- Open the main menu and click on this icon (screenshot #1)
- From the next screen, you can either Reset Layout (screenshot #2)...
- ... or add more apps, including the ones you've been missing.

These are the only pictures I've got on my phone, but they should be rather self-explainatory.
