Somewhereville, Foreignlandistan. I'm from the Northeast of the U.S., so the East Coast, USA map does remind me a lot of where I live
I went to Sicily last year for vacation, had a nice 1k km drive around and a climb up to mount Etna, but can you explain what´s up with the ridiculously low speed limits on highways (like 50-70kph on a 4 lane road) that noone follows? I tried to follow them carefully on the first day, but soon learned there was no point . OT: Estonia Edit: spelling
Usually in the highways the limit is very low if there are some road works or if the street is winding (I agree with you, the big part of the times they are exaggerated lol) In general very few drivers respect the road rules, in some cities -Catania for example- drivers (and police too) don't stop at red light, and it's normal
one thing i learned about driving in italy as long as you have an italian licenseplate youre fine if you have a foreign one you get pulled over alot
