    Hi mate.

    Do you have any mods installed? If so, start by disabling them all. If this works, reenable them one by one and observe which one causes the issue.
    If that doesn't work, I'd suggest resetting your cache. Only takes a few minutes, and the worst that will happen is that it wont work.
    Failing this, uninstall and reinstall the game.
