Thats called:Realism. F1 cars spin out easyly in real life too. Try the ESC model,maybe you won't spin out with that. It's designed for the AI

One question: What does the '$stall angle' slider do? (It is in the tuning menu, under the 'Downforce' tab, below the 'Rear Wing Downforce' slider)
It's new parameter, added in 0.9. " Added “stallAngle” property to triangles. It defines (in radians) the angle where the lift will begin to stall " I'm not sure what it does, but i think it reduce liftcoef when car are flipping
