Heyo, I have an old iPhone 5s that was given to me to tinker with. It is really banged up and has a cracked screen, and want to destroy it by slowing it down, overheating it, anything that doesent involve physical damage, I already did that! Help me destroy this phone!
You know what I did with my 5s? I hit it with a sledgehammer one too many times and the battery exploded.
Drop it out of your pocket, everyone I know with a IPhone seems to break their phones like that. I really don't understand how. Either that, or put some pressure on it. Drive over it, slam it on the edge of a desk. Use your imagination, you'll find something. I don't think there is a way to destroy it any other way except from physical force. I don't think there's a way to screw up the firmware unless you try to jailbreak it and brick it.
Put as big an SD card you can afford in it, then download as many apps you can. Start with virus ridden ones
Then your not trying hard enough lol. If you want to keep away from physical force, jailbreak it and purposely mess it up. Download viruses. I really can't think of anything else.
Spoiler alert, Apple scams you out of an SD card port forcing you to pay for more memory in $100 intervals.
Android Master Race! Too bad my Nexus 6P doesn't have one. If one thing Apple's software is good for, it's that it's fairly impervious to viruses (most everyone uses Windows or Android thus, "developers" don't spend time on Apple)
I don't have a IPhone myself, always saw them as a gimmick and not worth the price. Plus, I tend to keep away from virus ridden places haha. However this might help. http://www.techradar.com/news/phone...es/5-deadliest-mobile-viruses-revealed-153824
*Laughts in Android* Ohhh boi. (apple fanboys would be triggered) (now i would make a joke about the headphone jack, but the 5s still has it) Try jailbreaking and pulling it out before it finishes. (I dont really know, but i think that might work)
Maybe try finding the approximate location of the battery on the phone and impaling that area with a nail? That will make it catch fire basically, because that phone almost certainly uses a lithium battery.
