Any chance you could make a sunburst with the same stuff? I love this mod a lot! It would just be cool to see it in the sunburst, too.

I have an idea for this, Make it so that if you run the motor too hard for too long, the thing can over heat and cause damage to the commutator lowering the power output (kind of like how the head gasket and piston ring damage slows vehicles down) then if it continues to over heat, the windings would fail and the car will stop.

You should really add a wing or something to make the covet have more grip. If you get to higher speeds, it becomes too squirly

Right now, I'm working on the 200bx and etk. I'll add the sunburst to my list.
I'd probably need to do some really weird stuff with engine thermals to make that happen. Beamng really isn't meant to simulate electric engines, so realism with an electric motor is a bit of a task. I could likely do it with enough time, but I'd like to work on converting other cars.
Unfortunately, the squirlyness of the car is due to the short wheelbase(and the original covet itself). There is already a lot of down-force coming from the weight of the battery and the little spoiler on the back. I could add a diffuser, but I doubt it would help much. Also more modelling, jbeaming and texturing :(

I could do that. Right now though, I'm doing a really cool face lift for the electric covet.

Hi, this mod looks really good, but when loaded into a map, it doesn't go at all. I am using 0.8.1 is there something i'm missing to make it go?

I haven't updated this mod for 0.8. I have an extremely similar mod called the Ibishu Condensa which is basically this mod but better done and compatible with 0.8
