Could you elaborate? What mod? Engine Jbeam? Texturing? Programming? All?

Im good with engines but they are usually so easy to do, its not really worth working with someone, even if you have some good ideas.

+1, engines can seem pretty difficult but once you get the hang of them it's pretty intuitive, like most jbeam stuff. There is a steep learning curve, I liken it to climbing an almost vertical cliff, but once you make it halfway up the cliff it flattens out significantly.

just realised i make no sense whatsoever, ok

Holly vagueness batman, what do you need help with? I've spent quite a bit of time recreating torque curves and playing with turbochargers and superchargers

I need a unrealistically powerful engine. (doesn't need to be published, maybe just a file for me if you don't want to go through all of that trouble)

All you got to do is change the torque figures in the J beam file. You might also have to change the torque limit for the transmission

I don't really understand these unrealistically powerful engines, you can have quite ridiculous realistic power levels, there is really lot of insanely powerful motors.

Of course for good realistic motor you need to think about, inertia, engine braking, cooling, fuel consumption, with turbo motors build of boost, amount boost changes power, spooling of turbo, max boost, etc. etc. etc. Anyone can make crappy motors with only torque curve changed, motors that are pretty undrivable etc. No need to have anyone that is good with engines for that.
To make actually good motor, that is not so easy, rare thing to see actually.

    As was mentioned, Wiki:
    CombustionEngine

However learning engines IRL helps massively in understanding what one needs to make engine to be more real like, modding resources for other car games might provide also useful insight in order to build better understanding how real world engines translate to game worlds, but if you want to make unrealistic engine with ridiculous amount of power, then you might not need to do that, however in long run going trough the trouble will help you a lot to create content that will bring you enjoyment for longer.
