I have seen where to turn postFX off before, but i cant seem to remember where. XD, can you tell me where i can disable it?
Go to Options > Graphics Then go down, click on PostFX, and then when the window opens, disable on the "Enable PostFX System" option (top left). Finally, click on Save and all it's done!
It's pretty cool but how do I Fix the extreme brightness and color washing? --- Post updated --- Literally I can't even barely see the text in game and in the menu the color washes out and looks blury
Literally I can't even barely see the text in game and in the menu the color washes out and looks It's okay I forgive you
I am sorry but I do not see the problems you mention about the menu; the text is perfectly readable and sharp in the pictures you have attatched. About the color washing and brightness, please read the "Troubleshooting" section in my #1 post of this thread, where I explain how to change the settings to reduce a bit the effect of some of these "issues", even though I always used the original settings in the preset. In any case, I remind you that you can see many pictures and even a video of how the game looks with the files installed. If you do not like what you see there, I am afraid this preset is not for you. I hope that you can end up enjoying my work as much as I do. Thanks for your post.
I agree. In certain conditions it can look so good that all the little drawbacks seem to fade. I always use it when playing BeamNG.drive, it wouldn't be the same without it since I realised the big change it made. In the following link you can see an interactive side-by-side comparison of the effect toggled on and off: https://sfx.thelazy.net/games/screenshot/36243/ Thanks for the feedback!
Have you tried playing on other maps apart from this one? Maybe one where the ground in which the midday sunlight reflects is NOT painted with the most reflective color to our eyes (WHITE)?
