Born to correct military family, with roots in military and have spotless record, higher than average abilities and show to be patriotic person that is ready to serve motherland. Getting to interesting jobs out of the woods is happening less frequently, your family background still helps a lot, even at these days, like it has been for hundreds of years. Of course showing exceptional skill and will to serve motherland helps a lot, but I would think if person is seeking to do secret stuff, that person is not very likely being picked up, it is kind of suspicious I would say.

Fun fact: hundreds if not thousands of people commute to and from area 51 daily. Theres actually a specific plane that shuttles people from las vegas to area 51 and back, just a large unmarked airliner.
