    At the end I made bit of mistake and crash, however it is not that street light!


    Car got stuck, had to pull it so hard it became a Buick, so had to drive otherwise perfectly fine automobile to invisible wall, in the name of science of course :)

    Haha nice invisible wall demo there, haha, yeah try to avoid that, I never hit it (and I went through that), chances are it's the lamp-post collision getting sketchy. I have to replace those light fixtures as some point, most likely will when I put in the forest brush. Will have to check it out then. Thanks for reporting that and I will be sure to check out the other included video shortly. Though I mention forest brush, there will technically be no trees/forest in this map. It's just the place I put models like traffic lights and signs and such.
    What's really odd is that those lamp posts are usually fine, but randomly get sketchy invisible wall collisions. I don't know why, and haven't figured it out yet, maybe the model is somehow broken, all this time (they've done it before, much less now that they're lower).

    First clip is kind of prequel to second.

    Quite many of clips have been 1.7-2GB, luckily it takes only about 20 minutes to upload such, but can't imagine how it is to play such clips with slower internet connections.

    Great, glad it works here for you. I will consider your case solved then! Looks like you had the same issue as another person, but the log helped substantially and I was able to find the root-cause 1st try.
    Wow, 2gb? That'd take two days. Tennessee USA Roane County zip is around 750mb ... 0.75GB, and that took over 12~13 hours to upload. To download... an hour or two.

    @alex_333 Do not worry, that is not spam, that is exactly what this thread is for.
    A page or so of comments ago (on or about page 3, possibly 2), I posted a file, that goes in the map zip, it fixes a non-power-of-2 texture that has problems on Nvidia graphics drivers.
    So yes, this is precisely what Awesome and Latios hit when they loaded it up. Just follow the instructions on that post with the .dds file attachment on it and it will be fixed! --Cheers.

    will u by any chance make different spawn places eg: town, defult, dam, airport, lookout etc just thought it would be cool if u could spawn in your favorite place.

    Next time the game updates break the map, i could put that in, as the start spawns you 3~5 inches into the ground and needs fixed anyways. Next version. I didn't do it this version because I was wrapping up a boat-load of changes and didn't want to let any more bugs in that already are (and good thing, too).

    The map isn't too too big, it's big but it's not monstrous/huge, so it's not in terrible need, but it's surely possible.

    I am soon to start work on a new map - or more like 'an old map getting completely rebuilt from the ground up'... which is going to keep me busy for atleast two months here, so unless the game breaks things, I wouldn't expect too much. If an update breaks this, I will fix this map and add in multispawn at that time.
    I won't release much details about the coming map but it's a city map and I need building donations :)
    I already got permission to re-do this map I speak of. It's now a waiting game.

    BOB goes to the city... fun times! Expect to see some proof of concept shots in the next few weeks when I get a full mock-up scene done.

    A suggestion would be truck stops? Like random buildings with truck parking lots so you can stop. Since this map is so big.

    Another suggestion would be the making a nuclear silo base complete with silos and buildings and maybe a ufo this could be an addon to the spawn point giving the player the chance to explore underground this being said u could also make mine shafts that can be explored with dead ends and ravines.

    Send me your documents\beamng.drive\beamng.log file.
    Have you tried the fix on page 3, it's a dds (graphics) file and it tells you where to go (it over-writes a file). I think IIRC this error came up moons ago like last year and we fixed it somehow, I'll have to do some leg-work and get back to you tomorrow on that.

    I added the dds file and had to create the directory map. It did not work. Hope my log file will clear things up. Thank you for looking in to it.

    One Charmand (mod car), one THRUSTER (comes with said car), and the jump at the airport... and flew more than half way across the map

    @CrownVic maybe you can ask one of the mods, I am not sure what causes this error. It's come up before for a few people. I think this actually happened in the Tennessee forums this past fall. I have to look for it (you might find it before me). It was fixed... was something, another program, possibly direct-x or something. Sheesh there's my wonderful memory.

    Actually, there is a real can-opener bridge in this map (this map was made, for the most part, a little over a year ago, I finished up a few loose ends and re-graded the highway around new years just 4 months ago IIRC, whenever the date is on it).
    You have to turn left out of the starting point as soon as you get to the main road.
    At the 1st major intersection, make a left onto the fairly wide road here.
    If you go up like ALMOST a mile, not totally a mile yet, there's a road on your right (it's paved, it's another 4 lane ignore the dirt path for now).
    Go almost another mile until you get to a somewhat crude concrete overpass near a retention/holding pond.
    Okay well THIS bridge, you can drive under it without drowning almost any vehicle. Drive under it with a van BOX upfit (like a truck), or truck (mayhem ensues, it demolishes the T-series here!).
    It's probably better since the game got updated, but there might be a pillar or two missing somewhere.
    The ends of the bridge rails will possibly look a little ugly but that's about it.
    EDIT: Yes Fufsgfen, I was watching that video of the 11-foot-8 while making THIS bridge.
    There's always a little something extra, to my maps, then is visible at first glance.
