    Hello, all. I would like to make the stock 14in drag slicks (or any tire) have about 10x the grip so that they cant spin, no matter how much power is applied. If someone could tell me how to do that to a tire I would be forever in your debt.:p

    Cheers!

    In the game files under content/vehicles/common, there are files for the tires. You need to open those files (*.jbeam) with a text editor and find a friction coefficient value, which you can set higher to give the tires more grip.

    I will warn you, though, that more grip simply means the tires will bounce a lot and not actually prevent spinning. I already tried this in the past.

    Also, never edit the original file.

    Instead, take advantage of the Documents/BeamNG.Drive folder, which works like a mirror.
    You just copy there the files you want to edit (folder structure must be copied aswell), then edit.
    If anything goes wrong, just delete the files you copied. Much safer.

    Any text editor will be fine.
    I use Notepad++.
