Hello. I am new to the threads, and I am hoping I can become a modder in the future. If I was a modder, I would make a 1998 Ford F-150 (as seen in title). I am making it, since It is based off of my dad's truck, but he sold it in 2012 I am guessing. This is like my dad's, except his was a dark blue, and it had a box on the back of it This is a picture of a wheel (without a hubcap) I am currently working on one with the 'Vehicle Config' menu. I would be working on the mod, but I have a question. - Where and/or do I get the mod creating system I also have some answers for questions Q: Is your dad dead? A: No, he is alive and well, and not very old Q: If you couldn't do this for some reason, would you work on something different A: I would keep trying to do this, and If I can't, I WILL make another mod Q: Where do you get all these pictures (not the wheel) A: Google Images: Search '1998 Ford F-150 Ext. Cab' Q: When do you think this will be built A: I am not sure this will even be built at all, but If it would be, probably the middle of the year If anything changes, I will say in the comments
Middle of the year assuming you mean 2018. The first part I quote proves this. Mod creating system? There isnt one. You use blender to model. This takes a good year to learn the skills required to even think about modelling the vehicle so it will almost be 2018 by the time you can start work on the mod.
Why the hell are you posting a thread about making a car if you don't know anything about doing this?. First of all, https://www.blender.org/ Familiarize with the program, look up for some tutorials, learn. Everything you need to know about jbeam for now is here http://wiki.beamng.com/Introduction_to_Vehicle_Creation#Jbeam_Setup
