Night bugs

I noticed two things:

1) My headlights barely illuminate mesh roads at night at all, but they do with decal roads.
2) The windows reflect as if it is daytime.

 

It does the same thing underwater. Windows still have full reflectivity

 

I think it's been known for a while now that the reflections in the game suck for lack of better terms and need some hardcore work.
