So i had an idea one day to see if i could find an end to the iconic BeamNG map, Grid Small Pure

I used commands within the terrain editor to teleport my vehicle to certain points, some of the more noticeable ones are the 8 and 16 bit integer limits where the world got increasingly bugged out and glitchy,

When you venture past the largest 32bit integer of 2.147 Billion! "Ingame Units" your screen goes black even though from a watcher such as a separate entity behind this limit it appears that the vehicle is completely fine and traveling as normal.

Next i ventured to the 64bit integer limit of 9223372036854775807 Units or in words, nine quintillion two hundred twenty-three quadrillion three hundred seventy-two trillion thirty-six billion eight hundred fifty-four million seven hundred seventy-five thousand eight hundred seven. This is the largest number any computer machine can create at the date Jan, 4, 2017.

I actually teleported 100 units before this limit to see if i could still drive my car into the limit

What i found is that if you drive past this the game WILL BE responsive but (i was able to close and open the level editor) but the audio just stops and also the coordinates will stop changing regardless if you have some speed, and since no crash sound is made i assume that keep in mind that the screen is completely blank and i was going by coordinates and audio. Moments later at an attempt to detach the camera and see if i could get the coordinates to change by using camera position as its source, the game crashes.

If the devs can make the grid small pure world any bigger which probably is not possible, you can't call it infinite... well i guess you can because of some quick calculations it would take over 1000 years driving at 100 mph so no player driving can realistically get to the edge, but who knows maybe people like kurtjmac (leading Farlands or Bust) an expedition to the edge of the minecraft world in older versions to reach the "Far Lands", the limit of the game at 12.5 million units, which the creator said that would be pretty much impossible to get to in normal gameplay without teleportation

The challenge is to drive as far as possible without teleportation, special modded vehicles for the challenge are allowed but use of the commonly known "turbo button" on some modded cars is not.

    Any suggestions are welcome;)

Godamn.....reading the OP gave me that funky little tingle in my nutsack, like when I first saw The first Star Trek movie in the theater.

I guess the idea that Smallgrid is infinite came from the size information : long ago, the "size": [-1,-1] parameter in the .json was displayed in-game by Size : ∞*∞ and not Size : -1*-1 like it is now

I bet if someone would have enough time and dedication someone would probably take their time to drive as far as they can on gridmap to set a new record or something.
Some may have seen this before as YouTubes algorithms throws random vids in the recommended section of people sometimes (this is how i found out about this video even though i don't watch minecraft) but this dude spent 259 hours in one session just going to the end of the map to set an new record. 259 hours is 10,7 days.
    Source: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=minecraft+world+record

(for some reason the second link only shows the last roughly 4 hours of the stream but the first link should have the video at the top saying the full length of the video).
