Automatic Gearbox is (still) broken

    There's an issue with the automatic gearbox. When I accelerate, Drive acts like Neutral. Reverse too. The only way to get the car moving is to put in gear 1 or 2, but it's hard to make it speed up. When I switch from 2 to D, it sticks to 2, and it won't shift. This happens since the beggining of the year... :(

    *edit* Happens in safe mode, cleared cache, etc etc, I know how to read

    Happens to me too from time to time but I can never seem to replicate the problem. It's definitely become less prominent.

    Wut.

    I remember somebody from the Steam forum who had the same issue. He was using a wheel.
    It turned out his clutch pedal was faulty and he just needed to add some dead zone to it.

    Are you using a wheel?
    Try to add dead zone to your clutch (via the CONTROLS menu, you have to search for clutch and click on the binding to show those options)

    Actually, I use a X-One controller.
    I use the right analog as clutch, with proper dead zones, because I prefer manual gearboxes in games (IRL automatic gb's makes driving easier).

    Make sure the pedal app is visible.
    If possible, do it with also the CONTROLS/HARDWARE window visible.

    Sorry, I had to record with my GoPro (bad choice) since I couldn't download a screen recorder :(
    I cut the video to the part the gearbox glitches. You can see I have full throttle but it won't shift gears. :confused:
