Utah Tunnel Sun Ray Glitch

When I entered the tunnel in Utah, I saw a sun ray, and there isnt even any holes for the sunlight to get in... no mods where installed, and it was the stock game....

Here. It's in the left tunnel at the west end of the highway:

I have it too but I haven't disabled mods or checked integrity. I haven't reported this myself due to me having way to many mods and generally being just lazy.

 

I've never seen it, but my average speed is 130+ MPH.

 

I've seen it many times. Also, the sun seems to shine through the car if you use it to block the sun. This happens on the surface and in the tunnels godrays.

 

I'm trying to put pics but it won't let me.... I'll do it as soon as it let's me.
