Problems making a skin...

so im making a skin. first time. when the folder is unpacked, the skin works. but when the folder is packed, the sking doesnt work? please help (sorry for my english)

@Larsin - It appears to be a packing error. The game is messing up the packing! Please try packing it with 7-Zip using these settings (Note that even though we can use the 7-Zip program we can not use the 7z format, only zip!):

 

When I pack with 7-zip or RAR, the mod doesnt even show up....

 

look at the parts selector --> paint design to see if it is in game

 

You've made a simple mistake.

Wrong:
smile-more-van.zip\smile-more-van\vehicles\van\..

Correct:
smile-more-van.zip\vehicles\van\..

 

How do i fix this?

 

Your mistake is with the directory structure. Simply change the directory structure. You've zipped an extra folder.
