So this was MIGHT be the third time I will be refreshing my computer the third time and I might cause massive damage to if I keep refreshing.
So my case was that I opened up BeamNG Techdemo 0.3 while waiting for my game to load, then I open File Explorer while BeamNg was loading.
and it happened that my Files Explorer filed to show up although on my taskbar it shows up.
I dont have any cache issues
The data on my C: drive is 15 GB
    My RAM is 16GB DDR3 @ 1,600MHz
On my task manager shows that BeamNG uses 16% of my CPU while it uses 363MB on my Memory
    I'm using Windows 8
    ASUS CG8270

Not really a good idea to interact with the computer while BeamNG is loading, especially if it's a slow system. As for saying file explorer was open in the taskbar, windows does that to let the "spam everything to make it go faster" people know it's working. Try letting it load to completion before trying to use other things on your PC.

    should I
    sfc /scannow?

I guess the solution would be to not rush your computer next time? If everything seems to be in working order I wouldn't worry (Windows is not immune to derping out), though it is wise to run a complete scan with your antivirus from time to time. If your antivirus turns back a file you think is safe, check it with virustotal here.

    Nothing of that sort.
I've runned Anti-Malware Bytes and it shows NO VIRUSES.
The Windows Explorer did not show the "Windows Explorer has stopped working..."
It just opened on taskbar but does not show up on the desktop like when you view the files in the folder...
Is there a way around this?

maybe try killing explorer and restarting it?
open a command prompt window and type this:

    taskkill /f /im explorer.exe && ping -n 3 127.0.0.1 && explorer.exe

    See if that helps.

Upon further thought, I'm led to beleive that Windows 8 render the desktop with the GPU, and while playing BeamNG, your GPU may be bottlenecking, causing the desktop not to render correctly.

I don't know if this will help, but open up task manager before anything. See what your computer is doing. If you see SVCHOST that means micorsofts auto update is running and will throttle your gpu and cpu. Happens all the time to me (cpu because I don't have a gpu). Closing the process doesn't do much. See if you have anything else throttling or using high amounts of your computer power. If BeamNG works with the explorer off, then leave it, you can always easily turn it back on in the task manager by clicking on "File" and "Run new task" and just type in explorer and click "OK". That will reinitialize Windows Explorer. I have a Trojan.Gen.2 virus on my computer but Norton keeps blocking it and I cant get rid of it. I don't torrent anything and I have windows 8 and that shows up. Windows tends to attract virus' commonly but having a working Anti Virus tool will always keep it from spreading. Usually. I have never come across the problem you are having, but make sure that everything is calm on your computer and you aren't getting high usage. I have a HP Pavillion 15 Sleekbook and I have some pretty good specs I guess. But maybe you don't have a graphics card that can support running BeamNG while operating Windows Explorer. I know I have an I5 processor and that's bout it. Not sure what your Asus has. But 15 GB hard drive alone sounds like the computer isn't equipped enough to run the game with other things running in the background. You can also try downloading Razer Game Booster because that'll optimize your computer to run games better on any device. Also maybe lowering all settings to the minimum can help. Auto-Detect isn't always right. The auto-detect for my computer ran the game with 13 fps. Changing it myself gives me 24-35 fps on and off. Sorry for the long post, but hopefully ONE of these suggestions helped you out:)

Razer Game Booster doesnt really help I checked on HowtoGeek (dot) com.
You said about running file explorer when first start up the computer? most likely wont work
Not a virus problem, its the techdemo that glitched everything.
Bro I have a 2GB GPU and a 16GB RAM <-- this is sufficient enough.
    I use NVidia GeForce GT630
    I use 3rd Gen Intel i7-3770 (Quad) @ 3.40GHz

Jesus christ what are you doing. You paired a high-end CPU to a $60 GPU. Coca Cola called; they want their bottlenecks back. Game boosters are for people who install rubbish programs which leave 7 processes running in the background.

If you find yourself incapable of repairing Explorer, back all of your important documents up, format your drive, reinstall Windows, restore your documents, and reinstall all of your programs without rushing it. If you need someone to walk you through formatting, feel free to PM me.

What do you mean Coca cola called?
My parents says to not keep refreshing my Windows 8 , Refreshing if you dont know, is like the computer resets the computers default but the files (you have like Word document files) still remain BUT all your programs uninstalled except for the Windows pre-installed programs, and I forgot before refreshing, you need 20GB free from C:/ Drive in order to refresh.
Most solutions don't work but there might be 1 solution out of hundreds that will work.
    *UPDATE*
I dont have Razer Game Booster installed.
    I FIX DA PROBLEM
    I checked http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...-windows/58b08dad-7de4-4ac0-91b6-7cc1a6a7a15e

Reformat your drive, then re install Windows, refreshing is useless in this case.

Click on the Windows button + P on your Keyboard (Windows 8)
    and click PC Screen Only
___(For Windows 7 & Vista Users)
    *Sorry for lack of informations*
Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Screen Resolution
look at Multiple Tabs > Show desktop only on 1

    These are the solutions.
