Slow UI with parts selector, lvl selector and map selector

Hello,
ive had this issue for a while but there should be a fix, the UI is very slow in the vehicle part selector, making customizing a car very tedious, its like when you select "engine" the dropdown menu takes a good 2 seconds to come, and then the loading time after you select a new part is understandable, its loading the car again. but is there any way i can eliminate/reduce the parts selector menu lag?
(i tried lowering UI resolution, but it was still the same )

 

This is an issue for users at or below minimum recommended specs. Mind telling us your system specs?

 

I'm having the same issue for a while aswell. and im way above specs. i5 intel 2500k 3.7ghz, gtx 970.

 

No, its not for people below minimum specifications, I get lag sometimes, but not as much as him. I get around a half to one second delay when clicking on the engine menu sometimes, and I have a i7-4790@3.6ghz and a Gigabyte Windforce GTX 960 4GB.

 

for me it takes 5-10 seconds. the ui for me is lagging really badly. even though i get 60+ fps in game no matter how many vehicles i run. only the ui lags, thats all really
