Cant get alpha to run on my PC

    I just bought the alpha version. I have tried running the installer several times. First problem is right after instalation and it tries to get updated files it doesn't complete. Get an error msg " can't find version.txt". Then when i try to run BeamNG .exe it says that it cant be found. Any help would be great. The tech demo worked fine.

    turns out i just needed to turn off the proxy in my LAN settings in order for the updater to run. :rolleyes: Thank you for the help though.

    I kinda doubt that you have a proxy on if you don't know how to turn a proxy off :p maybe your anti virus is blocking it. I've had installs fail and weird stuff happen back when i used antivirus.
