I have made three custom engines for the Bruckell Moonhawk, a 450HP 7.4L V8, 600HP 8.2L V8, and a 850HP 9.4L V8. I know this idea isn't very original, but hey. They're not all that ultra-realistic either, but they can get the Moonhawk moving a lot faster.

Honestly I'm a huge fan of engine packs however I don't like when the download takes me off this site (trust issues haha) so im glad to see this. I would like engine packs for other cars though how hard is it to do this?

I just linked the zip right to the post, and no, it's really not that hard. What I do is copy the engine file of the vehicle, change the name and the part name, and edit the torque values and the RPMs and that's it.

For some reason they dont actually do anything in my game, when i spawn any1 of the 3 engines, they just make the car go at 10 mph and i have tried auto and manual transmissions

indeed, and looking at the debug, at full throttle the tranny auto shifts to max gear and the engine redlines.

Hrm. They do make the Moonhawk move fast for me, but the gears still go all the way up to max and stay at max RPM when I full throttle. I wouldn't know how to fix this.

If I'm gentle with the throttle I can get them to act like a normal engine, but if at any time I full throttle it redlines. Not sure what could be wrong, perhaps where they are set to shift is off?

Edit: Looks like the throttle sensitivity might be too high.

Clutch torque or viscous coupling may be too low.

You have to go to the engine, open it with notepad and go down to the line that says max rpm and make that num higher.
