Why don't you just copy and paste the link to the computer?

An Intel-based PC would be better, as AMD processors don't have as good single core performance, which is what's needed by BeamNG.drive.

Building one yourself would be the better way to go. It's not hard at all, anyone can build a pc.

I know you said you're just planning on buying a PC but most of the time if you're getting an entry level computer from companies like CyberPower or iBuyPower they're going to come with low quality components. You might be getting a decent processor or graphics card with one but it wont matter when the cheap power supply shorts and fries your components.

I threw together a pretty solid setup on Newegg for around $610 that'll run most games you throw at it. If anyone has any suggestions or changes within this price range then let me know. Here it is on PCPartPicker too: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/nL2pBP

    CPU: Intel i3-6100 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=2MN-0004-00002

    GPU: RX 460 4GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125897

    RAM: HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104532

    Mobo: MSI B150M - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130890

    PSU: Corsair CX500 500W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027

    HDD: WD Blue 1TB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339

    OS: Windows 10 Home - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832416892

Case: Rosewill ATX Mid Tower - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0723W13280

    Total: $611.92

Also, if you go decide to go this route I'd suggest getting your components off of sites that don't charge sales tax like Newegg. I'd also suggest doing your some of your own research on other components. I just threw this thing together in like 10 minutes so there's a chance that there are better performing and priced parts out there.
