Specs suggest it's a laptop. It'll probably run alright, but it might have heat issues.

GTX 965M has a bit less performance than the GTX 950 (desktop), which is around what a GTX 750ti will get. So, will it run? Yes, but not on high graphics and not a constant 60FPS. Mixtures of Medium and Low will get you around 60FPS on vegetated maps at 1080p. You'll also have to deal with significant thermal throttling since BeamNG maxes out CPU and GPU constantly, it'd be hot on your lap, drain battery and possibly perform less than hardware spec due to throttling.

If you're looking for a gaming laptop, I say wait. Nvidia has their new pascal architecture in their laptop cards, which means better efficiency/ performance. Waiting for companies to utilise this architecture will be your best bet. But, yes is the answer to your question, I would say that it could run medium settings @~40-50 fps. I'd also like to ask how much you are paying for said system

Then you are playing at lowest everything at 600p, on gridmap. There is pretty much no way you can run beam at 60 with such a weak system unless you are on lowest everything, I mean you have integrated graphics... I run a gtx 960 with an i5 (keep in mind all desktop grade not laptop) and I can barely hit 60 in some situations.
